A Most Unusual Pet

While we were walking around town yesterday we came across this young lady walking around with her pet raccoon.

As we would say in Minnesota:  “Oh, for cute.”Pets-3008September 20, 2014DSC_3008

  1. ?? Okay 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 :-). Well it’s better than having a Tiger in your house lol.

    1. I’ve heard of a few people who have tigers in their house. My mini cat tigers are more than enough for me.

      1. Lol. Probably up until was a teen, I wanted a Leopard as a pet. Glad I got rid of that crazy idea 😀

  2. I’ve not been fond of wild animals as pets, but I’ve read of some amazing relationship (I suppose one would not showcase pets that are a problem).

I have read that once de-glanded, skunks make for amazing pets.

    . . . they might even serve as burglar-deterrents . . .

    1. From what I gathered, this raccoon had been orphaned as a baby and she raised it. It seemed fairly docile although she did say she had to clip its nails regularly.

    1. Thanks. I think raccoons are awfully cute, but I’m not so sure about having one as a pet.

I'd love to hear from you
